1. Mail is stored for 21 days, so you need to give forwarding instructions from Mybox.
2. After the storage period, items are automatically pulped (disposed of). Restoring a disposed item on request costs ¥330 per piece
3. By forwarding your mail together, you can reduce shipping costs and forwarding fees.
4. Mailed documents are scanned and sent to your specified email address (faster, and can reduce shipping costs)
5. Parcels are automatically forwarded individually as soon as they arrive.

▲Large Parcel Storage Option (Ginza only, up to size 160, up to 3 boxes)

1. We hold large cardboard boxes, such as parcels from overseas, and forward them within Japan or overseas when you specify
2. Eligible boxes are up to 160 cm in total of the three sides (size 160), up to 3 boxes. Accepted for the Ginza address only
3. Storage fees are charged per day starting the day after the parcel arrives. Storage is up to 3 months at most
4. This is an option added to your current plan (please apply when you sign up, or through the contact form)
5. The shipping cost (actual cost) and forwarding fee for forwarding are charged separately

With the phone forwarding option, faxes addressed to you that arrive at our shared 03 area code fax number are forwarded as PDF files to the email address you provide.

1. Mail and other items are stored for 21 days, and only the mail you specify is shipped together. Items without instructions are disposed of (restoration/extension ¥330 per piece)
2. Parcels that arrive on the same day are forwarded together where possible to reduce shipping costs (fee: ¥550 per item)
3. Faxes and mailed documents are scanned and sent as email attachments to your specified email address.

▲Free Overseas Shipping Plan

5. If 3 months or more have passed since your last forwarding, a blank-period charge applies　→　a fee of ¥880 × the number of blank months
6. When mail that is not eligible arrives (without ID documents): penalty of ¥990. Your plan switches automatically to the Free Plan on the 1st of the next month. Forwarding is on hold until your ID documents are approved, and if they are not approved within 42 days of arrival, the mail will be disposed of.
7. If your ID documents are already approved, the mail is forwarded the same day with no penalty, and your plan switches automatically to the Free Plan on the 1st of the next month.

▲Overseas Shipping Fan Club Membership Support Plan

1. No ID documents required (shipping destinations are overseas only) *This is a plan for forwarding mail such as fan club newsletters.
2. Mail forwarding is possible (on the Free or Basic Plan) once you submit your ID documents.
3. After you sign up, you can use it right away (Tokyo and Osaka addresses),
4. No basic fee!　When forwarding: shipping cost (actual cost) + forwarding fee (by weight; from ¥660 up to 2,000g) + spot forwarding fee ¥1,980 + ¥220 per item

1. MyLetter.jp accepts the following credit cards.
   AMEX, VISA, Master, JCB, Diners
2. Payment is in a single installment only. Bonus payments are not supported.
3. MyLetter.jp supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your personal information and credit card number are transmitted in encrypted form, so your personal information will not leak to outside parties.
4. MyLetter.jp has obtained secure SSL. Your purchase information is protected by SSL encrypted communication, so please use the service with confidence.
5. Please update your credit card before it expires. For security, the number of registered cards is limited to 5. If you would like a registration deleted, please send a card information deletion request through the contact form contact form Some device settings are required when making changes, to prevent errors. Please check the device settings here
6. Some credit cards with a debit card function are of a type where the expected charge amount is temporarily withdrawn from your account when we check, at sign-up, whether the credit card can be used. The amount withdrawn for this check is returned to your account after one month, but until then there may be a temporary double withdrawal together with the initial registration fee charged right after sign-up. Please avoid using this type of card if possible. *If you register multiple cards, our office may delete some of them, so please be aware of this in advance.
