About Box numbers
A Box number must be digits only, from 3 to 10 digits.
Letters and symbols (such as hyphens) cannot be used.
Also, a number cannot start with 0.
About fees
The monthly fee, shipping cost and handling fee differ depending on the second address and fee plan you choose, so please see the price list.
If you use a Ginza second address, an “address fee” is added to the basic monthly fee (Free Plan: free, Basic Plan: ¥990 [tax included]), for a total of ¥1,980 per month [tax included].
*The completely free overseas shipping plan has no “address fee” added.

Your preferred Box number may not be available if another customer already has it. In that case, we are sorry for the trouble, but please search for a different number or choose from the suggested numbers shown.
Once you have chosen a Box number, it cannot be changed after you apply. Please consider carefully before applying.
