You can change your plan from “Plan change procedure” in the second address information shown under “Check/change registered information” in the MYBOX menu.

The change takes effect from the month following the month in which your change request is completed.
* Mail (letters) that arrived before the date your change to the Free Plan was completed will be stored for 3 weeks as usual.
[Changing from the Free Plan to the Basic Plan (monthly basic fee from ¥0, tax included)]
The change takes effect from the day after your change request is completed.
