About paying customs duties (Zonos)

1. Zonos and Japan Post (overview)
https://zonos.com/docs/postal/shipping-via-posts/zonos-and-japan-post
Explains why customs duties must now be prepaid when shipping to the U.S. with Japan Post, and what Zonos does (calculating and paying duties and creating the shipping label).

2. What is the Zonos Prepay app? (for individuals)
https://zonos.com/docs/postal/shipping-via-posts/zonos-and-japan-post/zonos-prepay
An app that lets individuals prepay customs duties themselves (available in 19 languages, including English). MyLetter prepays the duties on your behalf, so you do not need to use this app yourself.
