A nickname is another name you can designate as the recipient of mail (letters) and parcels arriving at your second address. Once you register a nickname, items addressed to either the applicant’s name or the nickname can be received at your second address.
Log in to Mybox and register it from the menu. ¥330 per month per nickname
*When mail or parcels are forwarded, you can freely choose the name on the label, not only the applicant’s name or a nickname. *The free first nickname at initial registration cannot be changed due to the system, but you can add as many paid nicknames as you like.
Please also note that if mail arrives addressed to a name that has not been added as a nickname, it is treated as unregistered and a penalty fee of ¥330 per item will be charged.
