MyLetter specializes in forwarding. On the Free Plan, and for all parcels, items are forwarded the same day. Only mail (letters) on the Basic Plan is held for 21 days, so a forwarding instruction is needed. You can register up to 5 forwarding addresses, and freely register and change them, such as your home, parents’ home, workplace or where you are staying.
🕑 About forwarding timing
・Items registered as arrived, or forwarding requests made, after 15:00 are scheduled to be forwarded the next day.
・The Sendai location forwards on the weekend of each week.
