Mail to the USA: scan email plus international mail
Since 2026, sending goods to the USA through Japan Post requires prepaying customs duties and other charges (Zonos). Letters and documents, however, are not subject to duty.
With Cloud Post, we (1) scan the contents and email you the PDF, and (2) send the envelope by international mail. For two envelopes, the cost is 1,520 yen (6,009 yen if sent with Zonos and EMS). Letters you only need to read reach you right away, and the originals arrive too.

Choose an address in Ginza, Osaka or Sendai to use for online shopping, registrations and business cards. If you live overseas and want to send things you bought in Japan abroad, there is also the Free Overseas Shipping Plan at 0 yen a month.

How to use Cloud Post
🏠 Working from home (remote work)
Receive work mail and documents from clients at a Ginza, Osaka or Sendai address instead of your home. You are told by email when mail arrives and can check the contents in a scanned email. Forward only what you need to your home, so your home mail and work mail do not get mixed up.
💼 Second business (side job or startup)
Use it as the business address for an online shop, freelance work or a side job. You do not need to show your home address in your Act on Specified Commercial Transactions disclosure, on your website or on your business cards. There is also a plan that can be used for company registration.
🏢 Satellite office and branch address
Apart from your head office, you can have a “branch address” in Tokyo (Ginza), Osaka and Sendai. Without renting an office, you can deal with clients in each region and receive mail.
