To change your “name and address”, please complete the following two steps (1) and (2).
(1) Send a change request through the contact form (please state ➊ the details before the change and ❷ the details after the change)
(2) Log in to Mybox → ID procedure (for customers who have not yet submitted ID) and upload your ID photos
*Please upload photos (front and back) of an ID document that shows the updated information.
