Items bought by cash on delivery (COD) or pay-later cannot be shipped overseas
When you use a second address at a Japanese online shop, please do not choose “cash on delivery (COD)”, “payment on delivery”, “pay later”, or services where you pay by credit card when receiving the item (such as e-Collect) as your payment method. Please also do not choose “shipping cost paid on delivery”, because we cannot pay it on your behalf.
If a parcel with one of the payment methods above is sent to MyLetter.jp, we will refuse to accept it.
In some cases the online shop may also charge you a cancellation fee or similar. Such charges are your responsibility. Please be very careful not to buy with COD or shipping paid on delivery.
Frozen and chilled items cannot be shipped overseas.
All parcels shipped overseas are stored at room temperature. Therefore, if frozen, chilled, or perishable items arrive at our warehouse, they may thaw or spoil.
For this reason, we cannot forward frozen, chilled, or perishable items. We cannot accept any responsibility, so please make sure the products you buy from online shops are not frozen, chilled, or perishable before you purchase.
