What is 3-D Secure?
Important notes
[Do not post your address on the web]
Posting the second address of our service as text on the web is prohibited. If you absolutely must post it, please take measures so that the address is not crawled by search engines, for example by converting the address into an image, and handle it with care.
[Identity verification procedure]
・After you complete STEP 1 to STEP 4 of registration, you must submit a "copy of a public ID document" within 1 week.
・After registration, our service fees apply even if you have not sent your ID documents.
・When your registration is complete, our office sends you a membership registration completion email.
・We cannot check whether emails reach you,
so please be sure to confirm that you received it.
・If the email does not arrive several hours after registration is complete, please contact our office.
・After registration, you cannot cancel your membership registration, change your Box number, or change your fixed nickname (*), so please be careful.
(*You can register a fixed nickname after you join.)
The minimum contract period is 3 months. If you cancel your membership within 3 months, a cancellation fee of 900 yen will be charged.
Example: If you joined between November 1 and November 30, 2016, and you apply to cancel by the end of December 2016, it counts as the 2nd month and the cancellation fee applies.
*If you apply to cancel in the 3rd month, you can use the service until the end of that month and no cancellation fee applies.
[For customers who got an error when registering a credit card]
If you use an "iPhone," we recommend registering with the "Chrome" app.

*If you still cannot register on a mobile phone, we recommend registering on a computer.
You may not be able to register for the service correctly because the referrer is disabled.
We recommend enabling the referrer and then closing the page once.

*About registration errors If the email with your password in step ⑤ does not arrive, or you cannot log in, an error may have occurred while moving between the credit card registration (the payment company’s site) and our site. In our current system, if registration is not completed to the end, the information you entered cannot be looked up. We apologize for the trouble, but please register again from the very beginning (payment information) through to the end. Please also note that once you select a Box number, it is blocked. We recommend that you reserve your desired number plus extra digits (example: desired 123 → reserved 12345 → used 1234), and you can register a number that lets us tell it is yours from your name and number.
