Tips for using MyLetter comfortably
- The Free Plan forwards items individually, so you pay the shipping cost for each piece of mail. The Basic Plan forwards items together, so the shipping cost is normally for just one envelope.
Please note that when you choose Letter Pack Light and your items do not fit in one Letter Pack Light, or exceed the Letter Pack Light size limits, everything will be sent together by courier as a [substitute shipment]. - When forwarding multiple pieces of mail together on the Basic Plan, use the presence of the “1cm over ◆ mark” on your Mybox screen as a guide for what to pack in.
- If the batch includes mail with the “handled as parcel ◆ mark”, everything will be bundled into one and sent as a parcel. Letter Pack Light has no compensation coverage. When forwarding important mail, please use the Basic Plan and choose courier or Yu-Pack (hold at a post office) as the shipping method. We accept no responsibility for loss or trouble during forwarding.
Letter Pack Light size limits
Anything that exceeds the Letter Pack Light size limits will be forwarded as a parcel.
