■ Receiving cash on delivery (COD) parcels
When a COD parcel arrives, we receive a notice of absence and the parcel is held at the delivery company’s center.
Based on that notice, we send an arrival notification to your email.
We will inform you of the amount, the pick-up deadline, and so on. Please transfer the COD amount to our bank account by the deadline, and we will arrange delivery as soon as we confirm your payment.
*Please tell the sender to hold the parcel while no one is available to receive it (while we confirm payment).
Please also note that a COD handling fee applies: the forwarding fee for each forwarding method plus a COD handling fee of ¥550 (tax included).
*Credit card payment is not currently supported.

■ Receiving parcels with customs duties
When a parcel with customs duties arrives, we will send an arrival email just as with COD payment, and payment by bank transfer is required in advance in the same way. We will receive it as soon as possible after confirming your payment.
*For COD and duty-paid parcels, things go more smoothly if you transfer the payment in advance and contact our office in advance by email through the inquiry form.
