Mail (letters) is sent by Letter Pack Light. Parcels are normally sent by Sagawa Express, and with the Basic Plan, items are forwarded by registering and selecting from up to five individual forwarding destinations.
*The address of each location is written on the shipping label.
*Mail is sent in an envelope whose contents cannot be seen through. For the Ginza address, where necessary and as far as possible, we pack items in paper bags or similar, remove the original label, and attach a new label before shipping.
