Why it is needed
- Because many customers use the service, it is needed to tell apart similar names
- It is used for registering the parcel on arrival (issuing a receipt number and reflecting it in Mybox)
- It is a clue that helps the delivery person decide where to deliver
What happens if it is missing
Without the Box number, your parcel may not arrive or may be returned to the sender. Please include the number in the delivery address field of online shops and in any field where you enter your registered address.
