Many Japanese fan clubs for artists, idols and anime require an address in Japan — to join, and to receive member magazines, tickets and goods. For years, fans living abroad have asked us: “I want to join, but I don’t have a Japanese address.”
Use our Japanese address — we forward your mail abroad
You can use your MyLetter.jp address in Tokyo (Ginza) or Osaka as your fan-club address and delivery address. When a member magazine or goods arrive, we let you know in Mybox (your member page, available in English) and by email, and forward them to you overseas.
- Sign up — you get your own Japanese address with a Box number.
- Register it with your fan club — use it as your member address and delivery address.
- We tell you when mail arrives — through Mybox and by email.
- Request forwarding in Mybox — we send it to your address abroad.
Overseas Fan Club Support Plan
- ¥0 base fee and no ID document required (forwarding to overseas addresses only).
- A plan for forwarding mail such as fan-club magazines and letters.
- You pay only when we forward. If three months or more pass since your last forwarding, a fee for each inactive month applies (see the price list).
- If you also want items forwarded within Japan, choose the Free or Basic plan (ID document required).
If you need help with monthly fan-club payments or membership procedures, we also offer the “Oshi-katsu” Payment Support Plan. See the price list for details.
Please note
- Each fan club sets its own rules on whether overseas residents can join, whose name the membership is in, and how identity is checked. Please read your fan club’s membership terms first.
- Our service cannot be used for ticket resale or for any use that breaks the fan club’s terms.
- Mail may arrive under the name of the fan club’s operating company rather than the fan-club name.
- Some goods cannot be sent abroad (for example products with batteries or liquids, and trading cards by EMS). Please ask us if you are not sure.

Can you also forward fan-club goods and online-shop orders?
